Time. 📌 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY CANCELLATIONS: Appointments canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date will forfeit the retainer paid and cannot be transferred to a later date. A new appointment must be booked online with a new retainer. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS: Clients who cancel on the same day or fail to show up will be charged the full remaining balance of the scheduled service. RESCHEDULING: If you reschedule more than 7 days in advance, your retainer may be transferred one time to a new date. After that, the retainer becomes non-transferable. LATE POLICY: Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled without a refund. We run on a tight schedule to ensure each client receives the full time and attention they deserve. You’re always welcome to reschedule, please note that a new retainer will be required.
